At Ridge Spirit Outfitting, we use either UPS or USPS Priority for all domestic shipping.  All shipments are insured to the full value of the contents and all shipments have a tracking number.  We charge a handling fee to cover the cost of packaging materials.

OC1 Saddle

OC1 saddles can be shipped.  To keep the cost of shipping affordable, we will ship your saddle to you in two boxes and you will be required to do some relatively easy assembly to complete your saddle.

Batteries

Since our batteries are lithium ion chemistry, there are some restrictions on shipping.  Only one of our lithium-ion batteries can be sent in a single package – if you order more than one, they must be sent in individual packages.

We do all we can to get your order to you in a timely manner, but occasionally USPS will incorrectly mark a package containing a lithium ion battery as “ground shipping only”.  This is completely out of our control.  If this happens, there may be a period of several days with no tracking updates.  Please allow up to 28 days for your package containing a lithium ion battery to be delivered.  If you have not received your package within 28 days of the shipping date, please contact us.

Local Pickup

Once your order is complete, you can come by our shop in Chattanooga, TN  and pick it up to avoid shipping costs.  We do not have normal business hours, so please contact us to schedule a time to come by to pick up your order.

International

If you live outside the USA and are interested in placing an order, please contact us for an international shipping quote.  If import fees are applicable, then you, as the buyer, are solely responsible for paying these fees.
