Merchandise / Order Storage

If you leave your boat with us for outfitting or if you buy a new saddle from us, you can rest assured that your property will be stored safely indoors in our shop or our shed.  However, we are a small company and unfortunately we do not have a large storage area for boats and saddles waiting to be picked up by customers.  For this reason, we have implemented the following policy.

For saddle installation, pump retrofits, or any other service where the customer’s boat is left at our shop, the customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup (Day 1) and will have 30 days from that communication to pay any balance due and pick up their boat.  Any balance due must be paid prior to or at the time of pickup.  Failure to pay the balance and/or pick up the boat by Day 30 will result in a $30 per month (plus any applicable tax) storage fee which will be added to the balance due.  This fee will be levied repeatedly starting on Day 31, every 30 days until until the customer pays any balance due and picks up their boat.

For any saddle, kit, or other merchandise that cannot be shipped or was chosen by the customer to be picked up at our shop, the customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup (Day 1) and will have 30 days from that communication to pay any balance due and pick up their order.  Any balance due must be paid prior to or at the time of pickup.  Failure to pay the balance and/or pick up the order by Day 30 will result in a $15 per month (plus any applicable tax) storage fee which will be added to the balance due.  This fee will be levied repeatedly starting on Day 31, every 30 days until until the customer pays any balance due and picks up their order.  90 days after the order is ready for pickup, if the balance is not paid and/or the order is not picked up, any money paid (minus any non-refundable deposit) will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
